A little bright...a touch bitter...a hint savory..that's our Beso Spritz, a refreshing sparkling wine cocktail with citrus, amaro, and your favorite bubbly red, Beso Ligero.

Beso Spritz

 1.50 oz amaro(or your favorite bittersweet digestif)
 0.50 oz grapefruit juice(try orange juice for a sweeter cocktail)
 3 oz Beso Ligero
 1 oz sparkling water
 1 citrus wedge
 3 olives(Castelvetranos are our faves)
 ice

Fill a wine or rocks glass with ice. Pour in the amaro and grapefruit juice. Add the Beso Ligero, then the sparkling water to top. Stir gently. Garnish with citrus and olives (to taste).
