Replacement and Returns

We want all our customers be delighted with their purchase but our ability to accept returns of alcoholic beverages is limited by law to flawed or corked products.

We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement (if possible).

Please do not ship wine or any product without first contacting us by telephone tel:510.545.4356 or email for instructions.

By law, we are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.  We make every effort to warn of adverse weather and give the customer the option of overriding a shipping delay at their own risk.

Once the wine is received we will refund the original purchase payment account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

All canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
